Exercise is very important for human kind to live a healthy life. Most of the people do not do exercises they become obese and have health-related problem. Over eating is one of the cause of Obese which can lead to various health problems. Exercise makes body fit and reduces unwanted fats from out body which enables us to be healthy. If unwanted fats are reduced from our body we will be brisk and active and we won’t be lazy. It only improves our life, we will get confidence and it gives us lot of energy to do our daily activities. Yoga is one of the best exercise by which man can gain all positive things in life.
